1968-72 Front Disc Brake Conversion Kit – Rallye Series

Rallye Series: Performance braking for 15 inch wheels. The Master Power Brakes Rallye Series takes a good thing and makes it better. This system is a complete brake solution that upgrades your original drum brakes to disc brakes with a distinct, modern performance look and feel. These kits consist of high quality 4-piston billet aluminum calipers and brackets along with the added benefits of slotted and drilled rotors. All of this gives increased performance over the Legend Series but still allows the use of stock 15 inch wheels.

The conversion kit includes the following:

• Made in USA CNC Machined 4-Piston Billet Aluminum Calipers with a Clear Powdercoat Finish
• Slotted, Drilled and Zinc-Washed 11 inch Vented Rotors
• Performance Street Brake Pads
• Laser Cut Steel Primary and Secondary Caliper Mounting Brackets with Gold Anodized Finish
• Premium Bearings and Seals that are Greased and Installed in the Rotors
• Braided Stainless Steel Brake Hoses (Includes banjo bolts, crush washers and adapters)
• Grade 8 Mounting Hardware Included
• 8 inch Dual Diaphragm Brake Booster with Mounting Brackets and Hose Kit
• 1 inch Bore Master Cylinder
• Combination Valve Kit with Mounting Bracket
• Hardlines from the Master Cylinder to the Combination Valve

Fitment notes: A Minimum of a 15″ wheel is required. Not all stock steel 15″ wheels will work. Use the template to verify wheel fitment. Rotors have both a 5 x 5-1/2″ pattern (studs installed) and a 5 x 4-1/2″ pattern. Designed to work on OE drum brake spindles.
