Supporting the TruXport’s vinyl tarp are rigid yet lightweight aluminum side rails featuring a top-mount design, sitting 1.5 inches above the bed rails for distinctive good looks. TruXport developed and engineered superior hook-and-loop fasteners that are deeper and more robust, to grab hold when you close your cover and remain tight over time. Inferior hook-and-loop can lose its grip–over time it won’t stay tightly fastened, and if the cover won’t grip, your gear won’t be protected. When paired with the TruXport’s premium front and rear seals, the hook-and-loop strips keep excess moisture out and your cargo in place.

Installing the TruXedo TruXport is quick and easy using the included no-drill clamp system. Inferior hardware can turn installation into a BIG problem. With RealTruck, you don’t have to worry about clamps that rotate, bolts that bend, or threads that come up short. Operating the TruXport is just as simple. Two paddle latches at the rear of the cover are easily accessed with the tailgate lowered. Pop both latches to release the cover from the side rails, roll it to the bulkhead, and secure it using the integrated safety straps for complete bed access.
